This one website has been up for YEARS now. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if they gave credit where credit is due. 

ALSO you can put the vowels over the consonants after if you wish. It’s whichever you think looks better/makes more sense. This is also only ONE form of elvish. The one shown here is Quenya (High-elven). There’s also Sindarin (Grey-elven). Valarin is another form of elvish, as in the speech and script of the gods of Valar. Daughter languages of Quenya: Lindarin, Old Nordorin, Noldorin, Taliska, West, North and East Lemberin, Ilkorin and last but not least Danian of Ossiriand and East Danian.

Ooh. But wait! Do we want to delve into the beginnings of the elvish language as well? Because then you’re looking at another three dialects! Avarin, used by those who refused to take passage into Valinor. ‘Primitive Quendian’ which is more commonly known as Quenderin. And certainly not least Common Eldarin. All of the dialects of Quenya stemmed from that one. Just one. Into eleven and possibly more.
